What Kuido does

Properties and assets
Record buildings, sites and locations, with the installations and equipment in them: air conditioners, pumps, fire extinguishers, playground equipment.
Recurring maintenance
Plan tasks by day, week, month, quarter or year. Kuido puts them in the planning six weeks ahead and adjusts future tasks when you change the series.
See what is overdue
You set a margin for each task. Once it has passed, the task shows under Overdue. Statutory requirements are listed first, and missed repeats are combined into one line.
Inspections with checklists
Create checklists for each type of property, assess every item as OK, defect or not applicable, and finish with a PDF report.
Photos from the field
Add photos and documents to tasks and inspections, straight from your phone: JPG, PNG, HEIC or PDF.
Team and roles
Staff members carry out tasks and inspections, managers plan and manage, and the owner runs the organization. Everyone sees what fits their role.

Does your organization use Microsoft 365? Then your team signs in with their work account. Signing in with a password, two-factor authentication or a passkey also works.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Kuido works in the browser, on desktop, iPad and phone.

Who can see what?

Each organization has its own separate environment. Within it, a person’s role determines what they can do: a staff member carries out tasks and inspections, a manager plans and manages, and the owner also handles the organization details and sign-in settings.

Can our team sign in with Microsoft?

Yes. The owner connects Microsoft Entra ID to the organization. After that, your team signs in with their work account. The documentation explains step by step how to set it up.

Which languages does Kuido support?

Dutch, English and Papiamentu. The organization chooses a default language, and each user can choose their own language in their profile.

What is in an inspection report?

The PDF report contains the property details, all check items with their assessment and comment, the overall condition, the summary and the photos.

What does Kuido cost?

The price depends on the number of properties and users. After you sign up, you will receive a proposal.
